Chuffed to share new work for Punch magazine, a publication I have long admired. This story features the barraquito, a coffee cocktail and one of Tenerife’s most iconic drinks. I happened to be on Tenerife when the story was commissioned, so I could provide both images and text. You can read the full piece here. My first story (writing and photography) is about a woman I deeply admire, Marigel Álvarez, a self-made entrepreneur who saved one of Asturias’s most legendary cheeses from disappearing and who also runs a charming rural hotel in one of Asturias’ most beautiful rural settings: Redes Natural Park.
