Maison Premiere, located in Williamsburg, won the 2016 James Beard Foundation Award for Outstanding Bar Program. It is likely the most charming bar I have ever visited and having spent some time with the team behind that magic feels a privilege. If you go to New York, make sure you don’t miss it. 

 
 

 
 

Café Breizh, Paris

December 2016

Earlier this autumn I visited Paris and I was lucky enough to have dinner with dear friends at Breizh Café. Memorable crêpes and galettes and the best immersion in Breton culture and traditions. I can’t recommend it enough. Make sure you book in advance to avoid disappointment. A big plus: it opens at weekends! See the full feature on Plate Selector here.
