After reading Dan Barber’s very inspiring book, The Third Plate, I knew that Blue Hill was the restaurant I really needed to go to when in NYC. And so I was lucky enough to visit last summer and of course it didn’t disappoint. Food and service were equally superb. You can see the full story now on Plate Selector.
