New writing work for this month’s issue of Gourmets, an overview of the wild food of Scotland.

Very excited to share some new work for National Geographic Spain. The story focuses on unspoilt Scotland, mainly the Highlands, and the rules that apply when walking in the wild. It’s been a delight to write since Scotland is one of my favourite places to walk.
