Earlier this autumn I visited Paris and I was lucky enough to have dinner with dear friends at Breizh Café. Memorable crêpes and galettes and the best immersion in Breton culture and traditions. After reading Dan Barber’s very inspiring book, The Third Plate, I knew that Blue Hill was the restaurant I really needed to go to when in NYC.
